Bubble Trailer Visits Marathon Press!

One of the highlights of the Bubble Trailer Light Tour was getting to teach to my favorite professional photography groups. We actually did three programs like that on the tour (the rest were at camera stores or meetups) and its always wonderful to reconnect again with my tribe!

Marathon Press, in Norfolk, Nebraska has been a professional partner for many years, and they printed my promotional printed pieces for the tour. As always, they look fabulous and professional and we were proud to share the literature and branded postcards/stickers! We’ve used them for decades for big printing projects and marketing peices. (If anyone remembers the Quick Answer Box from 2008-2010, they were the ones who made all those color-coded cards! I still get people asking if we are making them anymore!)

Since we were heading thru Nebraska on the journey, we had to swing by – and since they regularly have educational events at their beautiful printing facility, we made it a day long event! Mark Weber, the marketing manager, did a fabulous program on Marketing and Branding, followed by a facility tour by the owner, Max.

Next was my program of a few hours which included video and how to use it for marketing your photo business. Afterward, we had a fabulous barbeque with hotdogs, sausage, hamburgers, potato salad and all the fixins for a proper cook-out! We had about 22 attendees, and many were friends and peers in the industry, even though all but two drove a few hours to get there! It was a lively afternoon and ended with a little visit with Ms. Bubble Trailer, where everyone got to see inside and of course we did photos with the gang!

The sunset was stellar and it was a wonderful evening! Thanks to all the attendees and to Marathon for hosting a great event, not to mention being a vital provider in the industry for printing and marketing! Learn more at MarathonPress.com
