#6 Silent Mode
Sometimes you just want to shoot and not let people know – or just not intimidate people with the camera or interrupt the intimate or solemn moments. Silent Mode is perfect for that! You can silently capture and enjoy the moments without feeling like the elephant in the room! As photographers, don’t we all wish we were invisible when we shoot? I do! It’s not the magic we dream about, but it DOES help to at least be silent sometimes!
But Silent means more than removing the audible presence! It is actually full stealth mode! A flash or red laser light can be just as disruptive in some situations, so it ALSO disables the flash and the auto focus assist lamp in dark situations. Just a little reminder in case you forget!
